Return Policy
Double D Health Products Inc (Double D Health) provides a thirty (30) day satisfaction
guarantee on all products purchased directly from Double D Health.
Upon receipt of the following, Double D Health will promptly issue a refund to the
customer for the full purchase price of the product, less the original shipping and
handling charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return
shipment.
- unused portion of the returned product
- original invoice or sales receipt
- a brief note explaining the reason for the return, signed and dated
If an independent reseller has made the sale directly to a customer, they are expected to
honor this guarantee in a prompt and courteous manner. Failure to do so is a serious
violation of company policy and may result in cancellation of Double D Health Reseller
status.
Note: Government regulations regarding refunds may vary. Double D Health will comply with
all local laws pertaining to refunds regardless of the above refund policy.
Damages
Double D Health makes every effort to securely ship all packages, but we understand that
damages do sometimes occur during the shipping process. Any damage during shipping should
be reported to Double D Health within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping
company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you a credit
for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise or reship you new product.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although we make every effort to maintain
inventory of every item we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain items. In this
event we will provide you with the estimated time of availability and give you the choice
of canceling the out-of-stock item(s), holding off shipment of your entire order until
the product is available or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first
and a second shipment of the out-of-stock items when they are available. The customer
may be charged extra shipping charges for these partial shipments.
Free Gift with Purchase
Free gifts cannot be returned for credit or exchanged. The free gift will be added to your
shopping cart when you make a purchase for the amount required by the promotion.
A minimum purchase does not include shipping charges, applicable sales tax, or the
purchase of gift certificates.
Territorial Restrictions
Some of our products cannot be shipped to specific locations due to import or export
restrictions or in situations where our supplier has granted exclusive territorial
rights to another party. If this situation arises we will provide you with the choice
of canceling the restricted item(s), or the entire order and give you a refund for the
cancelled product. If some product is still being shipped, the shipping charges will be
recalculated and any reduction to the amount originally charged will be refunded to you.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are
under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have
a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the
event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at
any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on
our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly
accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.
